  Our waiter was the most polite young man,he made sure we had what we asked for,wait time was unbelievesble, we really didn't have a wait time and the pizza was delicious

  Today is the second time in less than two months i have visited Firedome. The last time our food sat on the counter for 15 minutes before we were served. Tonight again i sat for an hour and 5 minutes before my food was ready and even then it wasn't what i had ordered. The gentleman serving us was rude and i will not be back ! One star is generous.

  Can't rate the food, because I didn't get to try it.
  
  I walked in about 8:50 pm, stood around almost ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. I asked if it was too late to place a carry out order, and he said no and sent me over to the bar to place my order, where I waited over five minutes before anyone acknowledged me there, and that was only because he heard me tell someone else at the bar I was waiting to order. He told me "can't, we stop at 9." (It's 9:05 at this point) I informed him that I was told to come over there, and he asked me to point out who told him.
  
  I don't care to hear you scold your employee/fellow coworker about what time it is. First of all, it's unprofessional. Secondly, maybe if someone would have greeted me more promptly, then I wouldn't be writing this review right now. Trust me, I'm in customer service and this is really not something I normally do, but I felt the way I was treated was pretty rude.
